Company history

eBuilder Group has been formed by technology investments and acquisitions of leading companies within different segments. In total more than 60 million € has been invested the last 12 years to create eBuilder.

2000

Parcelhouse was founded by key executives from Tetra Pak and DHL. The startup created a world unique independent information solutions for the Supply Chain. The service logistics and distribution solutions are utilized globally by Nokia, Alfa Laval, DHL, 3 Hutchinson etc.

2003

Marakanda Marknadsplats AB was aquired from TeliaSonera and Föreningssparbanken as an MBO. The core business in Marakanda was the former Telia Electronic Commerce formed in 1996 and Tur & Retur aquired from Frontec. A technology investment program was initiated to create an end-to-end component based technology to build and operate electronic Business Processes (eBuilder Accelerator).

2004

The Resax business was aquired from Logica (WM Data). This gave eBuilder a leading position for Travel Processes both for the Private and Public Market Segments as well a Procurement business for the Public Sector from the Marakanda traditional business. In 2004 MMG was aquired to enable a wireless Business Process Service independent of type of device.
eBuilder started in 2004 eBuilder Luleå in order to develop Business Process Services for the Public Sector.

2006

Parcelhouse and Marakanda merged to form the eBuilder group.

2007-2008

2007 and onwards has been used to consolidate and grow eBuilder as the leader in providing end-to-end Customized Business Processes as a Service. eBuilder Group grow the revenue with more than 25 % with an operating contribution over 50% during 2008 and produced a profit during the two last quarter’s 2008.

2009-2011

2009-2011 will be focused on commercial development and to roll out our services globally. Today eBuilder serves users in more than 50 countries on 10 languages and handles millions of business critical transactions every month.

August 26, 2009 eBuilder receives a SEK 40 million investment from Eqvitec Technology Fund III and Industrifonden. eBuilder will use the new capital to accelerate its expansion.
