Bo Alerfeldt – Chairman

 Bo Alerfeldt has a long background from IBM (25 years) with several different leading positions among others as the Executive Vice President, and at similar positions at Posten, Swedish Post (10 years). Bo has also had a role as responsible for corporate businesses and structural changes within Posten and responsible for all their national and international logistics companies. Today he runs his owns business since 2006, focused on logistics. Other board member assignments are within air cargo, real estate agency firm (www.superbo.se), in some IT related networks and as well as mentor for start-up companies.

 

Bengt Wallentin – Board Member and CEO

 As CEO for the eBuilder Group Bengt establishes and oversees the company's operations and long-term strategic direction, and he brings more than 30 years of experience in building international technology and services businesses. Prior to joining eBuilder Bengt founded and for 18 years served as President and CEO of Frontec, a Swedish based IT Consultancy firm pioneering in the creation of efficient business processes with the use of IT. During his time with Frontec Bengt grew the Company from 20 employees to over 1200 in twelve countries, and took the company public in early 1995. Before Frontec Bengt ran his own company, ElectroNova, pioneering the use of microprocessors across a variety of applications. Bengt earned a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Swedish Employers Union (SAF). Bengt has also been involved in developing the Swedish IT Industry by serving as Vice-Chairman of The Swedish IT Association and as a board member of the Swedish IT Employers Union.

 

Frantz-Lys Cajuste – Board Member

 Has as of today been active in the venture capital industry for 15 years. Focus on managing international organizations in a global environment, and has long experience from working in the United States, Europe and Asia. Franz-Lyz has been working in Sweden since the late 90s and has extent knowledge about venture capital management in technology companies.

 

Michael Medin – Board Member

Michael Medin is Senior Vice President of Delivery Operations, responsible for the company´s Professional Services and is also the Managing Director of eBuilder Technology Center in Sri Lanka. He has over 30 years of experience in the software industry, focused primarily on product development and service management. Before joining eBuilder Michael has worked on international basis in different leading positions for Ericsson, Siemens, Frontec and growth companies. Michael has a Masters of Science in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Linköping, Sweden.

 

Lars Ringsby – Board Member

 Lars Ringsby manages Business Development for eBuilder’s long term strategic offerings, as well as taking care of key customers, partners, and projects. Lars’ additional assignment is developing eBuilder’s potential new BPO business and he is currently acting as the Director for eBuilder Procurement Processes. He is a member of the eBuilder board and has more than 30 years experience in running large-scale projects, product management, sales, development and operations. In addition, Lars has had management experience at global software and technology companies offering enterprise-level solutions as well as running the solutions on the buyer side. Prior to joining eBuilder Lars was head of Business Development and Sales for Telia Electronic Commerce (a TeliaSonera company), provider of eServices (B/B and B/C) for the private and public sector. He was also Vice President in Frontec AMT, and responsible for key accounts and development of purchasing services globally. Before joining Frontec Lars was Vice-President and a board member of StoraEnzo Transport, acting as CFO and responsible for global Business Development. Lars has been the Chairman of the PAPINET organization and a member of the Western European EDIFACT board and is currently a board member for a Masters program of Business Meeting Management. Lars has a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering (special focus: Material Management) from the University of Linköping, Sweden and has since gained a number of other qualifications in purchasing, negotiations, marketing and sales.

 

Katarina Bonde – Board Member

 Katarina Bonde has many years of experience within IT industry for example: working at Digital Equipment Corp. , CEO of Programator Industry and in US as CEO of Captura International Ltd., CEO of UniSite Software Inc., Chairman of Netreflector Inc, Vice President of Time Line Software Inc, and Marketing Director of Dun & Bradstreet Software. Current board assignments are Orc Software, LBI International, Royal Opera, 6e AP-fonden (Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund) and Chairman of Aptilo Networks. She is a member of the “Rådet för minskat statligt ägande i aktiebolag” (Council for reduced state ownership in limited company).

 

Karl-Vilhelm Alexandersson – Board Member

Degree of master of social science in statistics and economics. He has been active in the venture capital industy since 2003, focusing on technology companies. Karl-Vilhelm is an active entrepreneur himself, in the social care industry. Other engagements include board membership of a pension foundation.

 

Åsa Knutsson – Board Member

Åsa Knutsson brings experience from different positions with several venture capital firms, including as CEO of Mjärdevi Business Incubator and as an investment controller at Investor Growth Capital. Åsa is currently Investment Manager at Industrifonden and holds an M.Sc in business administration.

 

Hadar Cars – Board Member

Hadar is representing ETFIII on the board and is a partner at Eqvitec Partners AB. He has a long experience in technology investments and also has a telecommunications background as general manager within the Ericsson Group, as president of Cellpoint Systems AB and as cofounder of Orange Sweden AB. Hadar has a MsC from KTH and a MBA from INSEAD.

 

Ann Nilsson – Deputy

 Long experience of leadership and business development. Founder of Competence In Management CIM AB, previous owner and CEO of Great Place to Work (R) Institute and CEO of WatsonWyatt. Former board member of TagMaster. Previous directorships in Teknikbrostiftelsen in Luleå, Frontec, MagToys, Samhall Kablage, Oxford Research, IFTDO, Polardörren and Kapelluddengruppen.

 

Mikael Tarnawski-Berlin – Deputy

Mikael is a deputy board member representing Eqvitec, that he joined in 2007. He has previously worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and with corporate risk solutions at The Royal Bank of Scotland. He holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics and a Master of Laws, both from Lund University.

 

Tommy Nilsson – Deputy

Tommy has a long and solid experience in the IT industry. Currently he holds a position as Business Unit Director Technology at Industrifonden. Before joining Industrifonden he held a position as Supply Chain Manager for Ericsson, Business Area Manager for the Swedish business in Enator, Founder and President of ConcisConsulting. Tommy also has a number of Board assignments within different business segments.
