eBuilder’s Cloud Process domains


eBuilder Travel and Expense Management offers a complete process for managing the movement of people and the related expenses. It includes travel profiles, bookings management, expense reporting, eInvoice/card payment, statistics and data reports. eBuilder Procurement offers component-based solutions for managing the order-to-payment process for contract-based procurement. eBuilder Order Fulfillment offers automated processes for managing the movement of goods. Our Cloud Processes include integration of internal systems to partners like transport companies, repair centers, customs and logistics partners. eBuilder After Sales incorporates the entire repair process, Repair & Return (R&R), Repair & Calibration (R&C), and Returns solutions. It provides end-to-end visibility throughout the complete cycle and includes all parties involved in the after sales flow. eBuilder Customized Cloud Processes are Cloud Processes that are custom built to meet customer requirements for new Cloud Processes outside the realm of our standard offerings. These Cloud Processes exploit the openness of our Cloud Process Accelerator Platform, which enables the operation of customized Cloud Processes. Customers define the electronic business processes they want implemented and the desired hosting environment, Service Level Agreements, and level of support. eBuilder implements these Cloud Processes based on the standard eBuilder Cloud Process Accelerator Platform and service-oriented technology. And, where possible, our customizations reuse standard eBuilder Cloud Process components such as existing integrations to business process networks, master data, decision logic, and business rules. Customized Cloud Processes are hosted separately for the customer in what is sometimes called a ‘Private Cloud’.
