The steps below outline the standard route to an implementation:


Step 1: Process Design and Value Analysis
We provide domain specific knowledge and tools to outline and optimize your business process. Together we develop a plan for rapid implementation and eparameters for ROI calculations.

Step 2: Configuration
We configure the solution based on the process design and value analysis and populate it with customer information and business rules. (In the event there is a requirement for customer-specific process functionality or integrations, we handle this as a separate project that can be initiated after implementation of the standard process.)

Step 3: Connect the Network

We connect standardized internal IT systems and administrative processes with external partners and suppliers via eBuilder's existing integration hubs.


Step 4: Start the Automated Business Process

eBuilder implements, operates, maintains and takes total responsibility for the outsourced business process. It's simple for stakeholders in the business network to follow their contribution to the process and to correct and influence their service level and any deviations with assistance from eBuilder's support center.


Proactive Optimization
After implementation, we proactively monitor all deviations from defined routines and rules and we ensure that the process optimizes information flows in all conditions. All standard processes are maintained and improved by the eBuilder product management and development teams.

eBuilder's Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is composed of an eProcess layer, an Application layer and an Integration layer. Combined, this platform enables smooth deployment, component-based development, robust platform maintenance and a secure and reliable technology environment for IT-enabled business processes.
